Refund policy

 We strive to ship merchandise within one day, Monday - Friday, provided: 

• The item is in stock
• The order is received before 1pm Eastern Standard Time
• The payment has been properly authorized 

Estimated Shipping Times: Orders for in-stock items received before 1 pm EST typically ship within 24 hours and in most cases ship the same day. Certain items and special order tools typically ship within 3 business days. Most orders will be received within 1 to 5 business days. See map below for estimated delivery times.

Discounted Shipping: Shipments that qualify for any discounted shipping promotions will be shipped via a carrier of United Finishing Supply LLC.
